If you have a medical alarm you should contact the medical alarm service or device provider for more information about whether the medical alarm will be capable of working normally over the nbn™ network, and, if necessary, what alternative solutions are available. In many cases, professionally monitored medical alarm service providers may be able to recommend and supply a new medical alarm unit that will no longer rely on the fixed line network.
