Our broad operations functions are responsible for a mix of delivering excellent service to our service providers providing a comprehensive program for interoperability, fulfilling orders for services, assuring network performance and integrity and supplying comprehensive health, safety and environmental programs.
The nerve centre of the nbn™ network is a Network and Services Operations Centre (NSOC) which provides state of the art network monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year of the entire national network. The NSOC provides a single point of contact for all of nbn partners to activate services, manage enquiries and to rectify nbn™ network faults.
